Execution:
RME-OKS-24 disconnector is a tripole hot dip galvanized block of an octagonal ground-plane form buried into the ground to the level above the cable inputs. The block height is adjusted in a way as to enable easy manipulation with the appliance from the upper ground-plane level upon opening of the safety "cap".
The appliance is made of a fixed (stationary contacts), and rotating part (mobile contacts) positioned on the driving axle. Fixed contacts have terminals for short connecting and discharge grounding as well. From the appliance control side, besides the blind scheme of contact position there is also an indication of a two-phase voltage for each discharge.
Application:
RME-OKS-24 disconnector is widely used in SN distribution networks, primarily for disconnecting adjustments, as providing all connecting positions of the lines by local manipualtion from one place. The manipualtion is easy and reliable, and dead line could be shortly connected and grounded to the very appliance, if required, without climbing a ZV support.
